Plot lines

• Improve straight lines to have a standard ggplot2 legend format. Each line type (horizontal/vertical, arbitrary/range) has a separate legend entry.
• Added labels to the axes equaling the value of a horizontal or vertical line that is added to the plot.
• Standardized the argument to control the range of the axes to xlim and ylim, complying with ggplot2.
